Dave serves as the senior evangelist for the Austin Christian Church. Dave serves as the President of the Eurasian Missions Society and holds a Doctorate of Ministry (DMin) at Abilene Christian University as well as heads up the Ministry Training Academy for the Texas family of churches.

Angela serve as the women’s ministry leader for the Austin Christian Church. The Hoopers have been married for 26 years and have three daughters and a son-in-law. In their ministry career, they were a part of mission plantings in Kiev, Ukraine and St. Petersburg, Russia.
